STOCK RULES & USAGE:

If you download my stock photos, you are agreeing to the terms of use listed below! You are also agreeing to grant me (the photographer) and any models permission to use your artwork in our portfolios. Credit will be given to you.  


~ Note me when you use my stock.

~Always credit me with a link. Do not claim the photos as your own or redistribute them elsewhere. Please be appreciative and respectful to stock photographers for the time and effort they put into their work!

~No hateful, pornographic, or offensive art. Horror/Gothic is fine. If in doubt, please note me.

~No minor manipulations allowed...make the image your own! Be creative!

~You may post your artwork using my stock photos outside of DA as long as you are providing credit and a link back to me.

~You may use my stock in DevintART prints as long as my stock photos are part of a bigger art creation.

~You may use your art using my stock photos commercially as long as you note me on how it is being used. The final piece is your art. I simply want to be informed.

~I am fine with my stock photos being used in FREE pre-made backgrounds as long as my stock photos are part of a bigger creation AND you provide credit with a link back to me.

                     NO...

~You cannot use my stock photos for anything related to tubing. You cannot turn my stock photos into .png files or anything similar and offer them as your stock.
